Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks for residential and commercial properties.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify issues and perform preventative maintenance.
- Must be competent in repairing, and maintaining plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems and wood working.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Communicate effectively with management to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Document completed work and maintain accurate records of services performed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair various issues effectively.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Physical ability to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects.
- Flexible availability for on-call work and emergency repairs.
