- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Restock shelves and manage inventory to keep products readily available.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve store performance.
- Participate in promotional events and product demonstrations to attract customers.
- Provide feedback on customer preferences and trends to management.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior retail experience is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor to engage with customers.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and processing transactions.
- Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 pounds.
